We collaborate closely with your builder, contractor, and architect (if applicable), overseeing the design and execution at every stage. Our project managers are regularly on site to ensure precision and consistency—coordinating everything from window treatments and carpeting to wallpaper installation and custom millwork.

For clients who desire a completely turn-key experience, we offer the option to stock your home with everyday essentials and bring in professional organizers, so you're fully move-in ready.

What’s Included:

  • Whole-home design (new construction or large-scale renovations)

  • Design, sourcing, and project delivery oversight

  • Architectural finishes, furnishings, and accessory curation

  • Procurement and installation coordination

  • Frequent on-site presence and contractor collaboration

  • Access to designer-only resources and exclusive trade discounts

  • Optional move-in prep: organizing, stocking, and styling

Fee Structure:

FLAT DESIGN FEE (caculated per room) + HOURLY FEE for project management (e.g., for installations and deliveries) + FFE

For clients who want access to our designs, resources, and products, without the full project oversight.

You’ve done the inspiration scrolling. Now let’s make it real. Think of it as your design jumpstart—with no long-term commitment required.

Our SEMI service is tailored for smaller-scope projects (typically 1–3 rooms) that don’t require intensive construction or day-to-day project management. You’ll benefit from our full design expertise and access to exclusive, to-the-trade furnishings — while managing your own contractors, electricians, and installers with light guidance from us along the way.

What’s Included:

  • Full-room design (fixed, per-room design fee)

  • Budgets, finish schedules, and floorplans

  • Procurement of all furnishings and decor

  • Access to designer-only sources and discounts

  • Final styling and installation coordination

  • Most meetings held virtually; in-person available for local clients

What’s Not Included:

  • On-site contractor/vendor management

  • Renovation oversight or construction design services

  • Partial room refreshes or one-off styling

We’ll provide clear guidance, digital resources, and vendor handoff materials so you can confidently manage the execution. And we’re here for key check-ins if needed.

SEMI is ideal for clients who want a beautifully designed space—delivered efficiently, and with flexibility.

Our ‘MINI” service bridges the gap between inspiration and execution. We step in to help complete ad hoc projects - delivering the finishing touches that make all the difference in a space. From selecting the perfect accent chair to ordering custom pillows or window treatments, we manage the details—sourcing, measuring, ordering—and connect you with our trusted paper hangers, upholsterers, and installers to get the job done right.

Mini Works Best For:

  • Artwork sourcing

  • Custom pillows or window treatments

  • Furniture layout tweaks

  • Accent Lighting

  • Paint color or wallpaper selections

  • Choosing lighting, plumbing, or hardware for a kitchen & bath reno.

  • Edit existing furnishings and create a decor shopping list

  • Walking through a recently purchased home to discuss possible updates + initial concepts.

FLAT DESIGN FEE - scoped by project type and individual client wish list.

DESIGNER FOR A DAY - We’re yours for up to 6 hours. Together, we’ll cover as much as we can in this one, high impact session.
